We need somebody for the position of:
Social Media Manager
You’ll be responsible
For the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest accounts of our clients. You’ll be curating our brands’ social channels, monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments and/or post shareable videos and images.
You’ll be also asked to strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns and gather and analyze the data results from those campaigns. In addition to working with the design team you’ll be tracking how much traffic is driven to our brands via social media and note what content is performing best in order to use those analytics to grow the site’s audience.
Skills you need
You should be an expert on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You need to understand how each platform differs, so you can maximize them all. You should also be able to recognize and understand your audience on each account.
A high level of communication and writing skills are important too, as is a good sense of humor. A medium to good command of English is also required.
You should have patience and flexibility. Anticipate audience feedback that will vary from praise to criticism and be able to answer all with the same level of professionalism.
